We move through a guided process of presence, slow embodied movement, and intuitive art to help you drop out of your head and back into your body. There is no right or wrong way to do this, just a piece of paper, a marker, and the space to trust your own rhythm in real time.

This isn't about unleashing a "wild side" or high-energy painting; it is the flowing part of the practice. It’s a nervous system reset designed to help you stop performing and start building the kind of internal authority you can actually use in your daily life.

What THE PAUSE is

A 50-minute return to yourself.

This is a guided experience designed to get you out of your head and back into your body through presence, embodied movement, and intuitive art. Here, you aren't performing for an audience; you’re practicing the radical act of letting go. You’ll create your own unique work on paper as you learn to drop self-judgment and trust your own rhythm in real time.

It’s more than just an art session, it’s a space to settle your nervous system and build the kind of internal authority that translates directly into how you show up in your daily life.

If you’re used to living in your head, this might feel unfamiliar at first. That’s the point. We’re traveling from the mind back to the soul.

 

During this experience, I will guide you through:

• Breath & Presence: A guided meditation to help you release the day’s tension and finally arrive in the moment.

• Embodied Movement: Slow, intuitive movement to help you inhabit your skin and feel more alive.

• Intuitive Art: A simple practice using just a marker and paper to help you stay present and create freely, without the pressure to be "good" or get it right.

Is this refundable?
Because this is a digital experience with immediate access, all sales are final. Please trust your body’s yes before purchasing.

How long do I have access?
You’ll receive lifetime access.

Do I need art experience or special supplies?
Not at all.  You don't need to be "good" at art, or even think of yourself as creative. 

Simple materials are used so you can stay present and express whatever wants to come through, without needing to get it right.
 

Do I need to know how to dance or move?

Not at all.  The movement is simple and gentle - just an invitation to reconnect with your body and follow what  feels natural for you. 


Is this therapy?
No. This is a guided experience. It can support you alongside therapy or other forms of support, but it's not a replacement for mental health care.

Is this live or on-demand?
This is a pre-recorded experience where you can move at your own pace, in your own space, with gentle guidance throughout.

Hi, I’m Rosie.

For a long time, I was an expert at appearing "together." I did the degrees, the marriage, the career, the whole checklist. But underneath the happy mask, I was disappearing. I spent years looking for my worth in the eyes of everyone else: my partners, my family, my work. I was so busy being what they wanted that I forgot to check if I even liked the woman I was becoming.

 

Eventually, the cost of "fitting in" became too high.

I’ve spent the last few years intentionally solo, learning how to take up space and sit in my own frequency. I’ve traveled the world alone, put down the need for external validation, and traded people-pleasing for a deep, unfiltered connection to myself and the Universe.

It hasn't been a perfect, linear path. I still have days where the old patterns try to resurface and I forget who the fuck I am for a second. But now, I have the tools to find my way back.

I created The Pause because I needed a place to stop performing and start listening. These are the exact practices: the meditation, the movement, the intuitive art that help me settle my nervous system and reclaim my power when the world gets too loud.

I don't have it all "figured out," and I’m not interested in being digestible anymore. I’m just here, living with more curiosity and audacity than I ever thought possible.
