Fulfillment/Shipping
​Please allow 2-7 business days for me to process and prepare your item for shipping. Depending on where you are located, Delivery times may take approximately 1-3 weeks for you to receive your item. Please email me at rosiefalconi@icloud.com with any questions or updates or if your item arrives damaged within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy for Prints, Apparel and other Products:
Please note that all sales are final, due to all items being made to order with a (POD) Print on Demand Service. This means that items purchased from our store cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once your purchase is complete. Therefore, we strongly advise you double check and ensure that all info you provide including your product size, shipping address, billing address etc is correct before submitting payment. Please be advised that once your order is placed it cannot be modified, changed or cancelled. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds for Damages and other issues:
We only allow returns for refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged during transit or if you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged or defective, To initiate a return or exchange, kindly submit a claim within 10 days of receiving the item along with photo proof of the damage. For packages that are lost in transit, please submit your claim no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the expense for any claims that are deemed to be our error.
Photo of issue must be submitted with claim.
Please send photo(s) of damage or misprint etc to rosiefalconi@icloud.com within 10 days and I will reach out to the manufacturer to make it right.
